Melody

So my sister has an oc named Melody so I made an edit of her! I actually made this I while ago but was never sure if I should put it on Deviantart.... i had a better one of her but while getting rid of stuff I didn't want on my computer I accidentally deleted it.... I might remake it. I might!
Okay, so melody's a mermaid and very bubbly (Hehe, puns -w-) but she only has a tail when she's wet.
